Skuggan's Hassel & Skuggan's Orakel was my pretty silver fawns I bought from Skuggan's - a Swedish rat Stud. I don't have any information about birthdates, or their pedigrees, except that they were siblings andboth silver fawns. They were younger than my Ib-litter by some weeks, I know that from some (not good) photos I have with Hassel & Orakel and a rat from my Ib-litter.
I was told by their breeder that the common behaviour among her male rats was that they were all riding on eachother's backs. Hassel & Orakel did that here too. I had never seen that behaviour inrats be fore.
These two rats had a strange relation. The smaller of the two brothers could not keep peace with any other rat than his brother, so rather soon I was forced to take them out from the big male cage and put them in a cage of their own.
The problem with this was that they did not really fing among themselves, since the bigger brother always gave in to the smaller one. But the smaller brother harassed his bigger brother a whole lot, and it was a sad sight to see them. I wanted to keep the bigger brother, but he was not comfortable with my adult males either.
In the end I gave them both to the man who asked for Toylandin Honka, Toylandin Farao Anubis & Toylandin Siphra, my Finnishs rats, and he got their pedigrees and all. Of course I never mated any of them :-) They were so young when I gave them away that I believe they both turned aggressive in the end.
