Runatun Iamak, usually called Ia, was born on the 25th of December 1997. She was a chocolate based version of silver fawn rex. Iamak's mother was Runatun Amma, and her father was Runatun Mercurius. She was wonderful, and I later got a half-sister, Runatun Itzumi, a very beautiful rat. After that I got their mother, Runatun Amma, and her half-sister Runatun Edda. I got them all from my friend, who has Runatun stud, and since I love silver fawns, I was very happy about them all.
Iamak's father Mercurius was the black based version of silver fawn, with blue undercolour and yellow tummy. He was a very nice rat, with extremely gentle temper. I tried to convince his breeder to him to me too, since I had gotten so many other silver fawns, but he liked Mercurius too much to give him up :-)
Two of Iamak's littermates were german blue based silver coloured rats, called Runatun Rimfrost & Runatun Rimadin. Here is a photo of one of them, Rimfrost, to the left.
In the photo to the right you can see Iamak to the right. And Amma, Iamak's mother, and Edda, Amma's sister plus a black eyed rat baby called Runatun Erika to the left. This photo was taken on the 23rd of March 1998.
