The photo to the right shows one of my White Pearl shrimps.

Snowball Shrimp - Neocaridina cf. zhangjiajiensis "white".

I am quite new to owning pet shrimps so there is not much info I have to white here yet :-)

The shrimp in the photo to the left is a female, and the ones on the photos to the right are males, the females have a white patch on their back...

Sometimes you find what looks like a dead shrimp in the aquarium, but that is just an empty shell, the shrimp outgrows its costume as it grows :-)

In the photo to the right you can see a Snowball Shrimp eating skrimp cocktail, I only have 7 shrimps that are about 2 cm long, and they ate all of that!

All my Snowball Shrimps live in a small platic aquarium (20 liter) together with common aquarium snails and Hyalella azteca. Also there are lots of plants.
