Sagittaria - sag, arrowhead
Here is a photo of a Sagittaria plant that I recently bought. It has both submerse leaves and emerse leaves, the latter are the oval leaves with long stems. Its normal submerse leaves looks like the leaves of the common Vallisneria. It has some baby plants close by it.
The photo to the right shows a close-up of the bottom part of the plant.
