I did get Pistia, as I wanted, and I hope I can keep it alive. Pistia need more light than the other floating plants I have.
As it turns out I was wrong, my Pistias are flowering in several of my aquaria, and growing bigger than anytime before... The plant in the photo to the right is just above 18 cm i diameter. I didn't know they could get that big!
Pistia is usually more often used in ponds than in aquaria.
