This is a Lundby, abour 30 years old. Some people say the scale is 1:16, Lundby themselves claim it is 1:18. I don't think it ever would have been photographed if Sarah didn't clean it. She worked for hours.

Bedroom in the attic

Old small bed in the front, everything else is from the seventies. This dollhouse is on the top of a bookshelf and you need a ladder to see the attic. You can tell!

Top floor I

Personally, I find the dolls from the seventies more attractive. This modern doll lady has a strange look, perm and sun tan and staring eyes.....

Music room

Grand piano in the corner and no sence of colours whatsoever. On the balcony you see a strange ruin - a very old bird cage.

Living room

Old tv and gramophone. Best to move them when the fifties-cabinet is ready. The christmas tree is home made and filled with old ornaments, old fake flowers from papier mâché. As we all know, it is hard to find real, old ornaments from glass but you never stop trying...in the mean time you take what you can find.

My doughter had a budgie a long time ago and the feathers on the easter bouqet come from this unfortunately bird who wound up in the mouth of our black cat. I used to pick the small feathers on the bottom of the cage and attached them on small twigs. Voila! An easter decoration!

Living room 2

I'm not so sure if I want to have a sofa with big flowers in my living room but I find no fault in having them here.

Dining room 1

Two home made paintings. I really should do real ones. The vase on the cupboard is made from an old electric gadget from the time they made such things in porcelain. The layer cake is made from hobby clay.

Bathroom

The interior design (?) is quite typical of the 70s. You know, it looks just the same in our house in the country (except I never use the vacuum cleaner in the country and there are a lot of big hairy spiders that use to lodge there. I got rid of them by putting a heavy pot lid over the drain)

The Kitchen

An orgie in colours from the 70s.

Cellar I (recreation room)

Is this not the place to put things you don't really want anymore? Extra bed for the guests. The lamp is from the 80s, and I hope THAT never comes back =). Pippi Longstocking on the telly.

The cellar II

The lamp is from my daughter's childhood. What luck that I kept the things! New carpet from a table cloth. Someone should change the wall paper, it has seen better days...

Laundry-room with guest toilet
A small mouse trap in the corner. This place needs some paint.
