The animal in the photo doesn't have all the whorls and ridges it is supposed to have, but I have no better photo.
The Abessinier Breed is recognized in all standardized colours and markings (Self and Non-Self). There is to be NO disqualifications on the grounds of bad colour or bad markings (colour and markings are not really important, these breeds are bred for fur quality!).
