Aristoteles C

C is a White and Silver Agouti Lunkarya, and she reminds a lot of a lamb... C was born on the 21th of October 1999. C's mother was Milky Way's Dana and her father was Aristoteles Aoui, a PE White Lunkarya.

C wen't to my a breeder to meet a pretty Lunkarya male... And she got pregnant. Something went wrong and she had her litter too early and the babies all died. Obviously the male managed to impregnate her again before the breeder got C out of the cage, and when I got C home again she was pregnant for the second time. The father was the same again, Ruckelbo's Gizmo, a Black & White Lunkarya.

C had her second litter on the 26th of December 2000. This time she had two healthy babies. The male is a Silver Agouti & White Lunkarya called Aristoteles Erro, weighing 100 grams at birth. The female is a White & Black Lunkarya called Aristoteles Eira, weighing 90 grams at birth. Eira will probably stay with the rest of the herd, while Erro already moved to become a stud boar, and he now lives with two other males.

C has a pretty wild hairdo, as you can see in this photo that I took from above her. Her fur grows in all directions, she is a typical lunkarya.

C is now retired after 2 litters with 2 babies (Eira and Erro). I kept Eira and Erro moved to Monica. C is still a part of my cavy herd.

C has lost a lot of hair lately, she is slowly developing into a skinny pig! Here are two new photos of C together with her favourite dog :-) All my cavies like nice cavy-friendly dogs, but it looks like C and this big German Shepherd called Basko are really, really close friends!
In these photos you can see her pink skin on her side. She has actually lost more hair since these photos was taken in November 2002 ... She is skinny anymore, though, for everywhere that she has lost a lot of fur now new fur has started to grow... Anyway she is still a very pretty pig!
