Saga - Live in Dortmund 1981
Added: September 16, 2007

This cover is for the unreleased live concert filmed at the Westfalenhalle in Dortmund 19th december 1981. I based it on the artwork from Saga's first self-titled album and added some elements to it. On the back I included some live images from the concert and also some information about Saga and the concert itself.

Juergen Mueller - For all the nice feedback.
Original album concept & design by Zoran Busic
I want to send a big thank you to all the people who are sharing this excellent concert on the internet.

As far as I know there are a few different versions of this recording circulating, with various quality. But I believe this cover would fit them all pretty well...

Bruce Springsteen - Born to run 30th Anniversary 2DVD
Added: March 27, 2007

This is a cover for the two DVDs which are included in the Born to Run 30th anniversary box by Bruce Springsteen. Once again a DVD cover based on original CD cover, as well as the box set cover, with some personal tweaks and additions.

Bruce Springsteen fans out there might be interested in the upcoming DVD covers for "Devils & Dust" & "The Seeger Sessions".

The InFlames - Come Clarity Bonus DVD
Added: March 27, 2007

Here is a cover I made for the special bonus DVD included with the In Flames - Come Clarity Limited Edition CD. The artwork is pretty much based on the original CD cover. I just thought it be nice to put the disc in a regular DVD case and keep it among my other DVDs.

I really enjoyed making this one so after I finished it I looked through my CDs I found a few others that might get the same treatment. So check back here for some more DVD covers in the future. How about Devil & Dust by Bruce Springsteen? Or maybe St. Anger by Metallica...

The Stone Roses - Rock Garden - December 13, 1995
Added: January 18, 2007

I made this cd cover rather quickly for a recording with The Stone Roses I got a while ago. The back of this cover is very much inspired (ripped of) by The Seahorses album "Do it yourself". The connection between these two bands is of course the brilliant guitarist John Squire.
I also wanted to make a cd cover which is less "ink-consuming"... is that even a real word?

Marillion - Wembley Arena, London - November 5, 1987
Added: November 23, 2006

Here is the first Marillion cover that I have made. This recording is from the Clutching at Straws Winter Tour of 1987/88. I found a great illustration called "The Space" by Kourin the Llama which fitted perfectly. The illustration was inspired by the track with the same name from the Marillion album "Seasons End".
I am pretty sure that all Marillion fans can tell what album the front cover is based on...

There are a few different "versions" of this recording circulating. This cover is made for the 6 track-version.

Dire Straits - Emerald City - November 12, 1980
Updated: December 17th, 2006
Added:
August 23, 2006

Here is finally a cover for another band or artist!
Dire Straits was another of my favourite bands when I grew up. I based this cover on an oil painting by my friend Thomas Willard. This time I also wanted to make a brighter cover that did not empty your printer. The group photo is an official promo picture as far as I can tell. Unfortunately I can not remember the site I found it on. On the back cover I also included a barcode, it is totally unnecessary, but makes it look a little more genuine. Can you guess from what record it is from?

This is the second and updated version of this cover. I made a misstake on the first one, using an incorrect promotional picture. Here I have included an image of the "Making Movies" album cover with a little 3D feel to it.

Saga - Darmstadt - May 3, 2006
Added: July 23, 2006

This one is based on some wonderful live photos taken at the Darmstadt concert by Timm Nüchter. On this one I used a different saga-logo. Can you tell where it is from?
I have also included an inlay which you can fold and put inside your CD.

Timm Nüchter - For the wonderful live photographs
Juergen Mueller - For the trust tour poster and promotional postcard.
kabi225 - For the signed promo card and for sharing his recording.

I would also like to thank everybody mentioned above for their creative input and corrections during the making of this cover.

Saga - Portland - February 13, 1983

Another Saga cover based on a great image by Rochr. The nice live photo was taken by Kim Hansen from Denmark and is unfortunately not from the same concert, but it fits nicely, so I decided to use it anyway.

Saga - Montreal - February 26, 1984

Fold this one in half and you will get a nice front cover with additional information on the inside of your CD.
As all of you Saga fans out there can see, this cover was inspired by the classic Saga covers, such as "Silent Knight" and "Images at twilight".

Rochr - For the fantastic illustration "Dawn".
